A leading Motorsport and Automotive Aftermarket Performance parts manufacturer is looking to expand its team with the addition of an IT Support Engineer.
This new role will be responsible for the setup, testing and support of a new range of Motorsport racing simulators the company has recently introduced.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things IT and ideally PC gaming.
The successful candidate must have the following IT support skills and experience: -
- Previous IT support experience on Microsoft Windows based PC’s (Windows 7 and above) both from a hardware and software level from a 1st and 2nd level environment
- Application installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience of configuring peripherals and other third party devices
- An understanding of networking and IT security and common remote support tools like VNC or TeamViewer
- A full UK driving license
The role will be primary office based by will also require some travel to customer locations and exhibitions.
