This is an opportunity to join a small but growing MSP located in the heart of London. They spend most of their time on clients sites - something their clients really value and which is attributing to their ongoing growth. They use some really great technologies and do not do things in half measures and believe in delivering great value and service to their clients. They are looking for energetic service orientated IT engineers to join them.

They are looking for a technically capable, IT engineer with 5+ years’ experience. As you will be on-site with their clients you will need to have a great desk-side support manner.

The days you are in the client site it is crucial that you are present from 7:00 until 17:00, without this they will not be able to consider your application if this is not possible. For the days you are not on site you can have the option to work from home - this will be about once or twice a week and have a later start time.

The role is primarily desktop focused and working with the various service providers whenever there is an onsite issue however occasionally you may need to perform other duties including but not limited to liaising with suppliers/service providers.

Essential experience:
- IT literacy with a good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and the Microsoft Office platform.
- An ability to configure Windows 10 platform machines
- Experience with configuring network equipment (Ubiquiti ideally)
- Active Directory administration

Desirable but by not essential:
- Experience with any RMM tool
- Experience with or a basic understanding of Bloomberg Software
- Experience with Etrali/IPC telephone systems
- Experience in configuring network switches and firewalls.

The day rate will be £110 - £140 per day depending on experience.

When not on site they have flexible working options. There is also the option for overtime too.
