You will be responsible for delivering on-site ICT support to their customers, delivering their core values of quality, affordability, reliability & simplicity. Their regular working week is Monday to Friday but all staff are expected to be flexible in their working pattern in order to respond to customer needs & business demands. This may include occasional evenings & weekend work.

As part of their team you will be involved in:
- Providing expert on-site front-line support to a wide range of customers
- Supporting, integrating & maintaining ICT systems
- Effective project management focused upon delivery
- Installation & configuration of ICT hardware including handling, delivery & repair. This may include physical installation both indoor & outdoor & the use of appropriate tools & equipment
- Installation, configuration, deployment & maintenance of software & applications
- Drafting, improving & using detailed documentation & procedures
They are looking for people with the relevant experience or knowledge to deliver outstanding solutions in these key areas:
- Windows Server & network operating systems
- Server virtualisation & remote application deployment
- Windows desktop & Microsoft Office application support & deployment
- Apple OSX & IOS hardware & software support & deployment
- Support, implementation & troubleshooting of managed wired & wireless networks
- Implementing & supporting VoIP, video conferencing & IP CCTV systems
- Integrating & delivering effective cloud solutions
