This company provides end to end IT solutions for small and medium sized businesses. They provide consultancy, installation and IT support services. They are a small but growing team and have a proven track record with clients ranging from Veterinary Practices, Leisure Attractions, Farm Parks, Sporting Venues, Shops, Hospitality, Warehouses and Offices.

They are looking for an IT support and Installation Specialist to join their small & friendly team to provide office-based telephone support and onsite client installations. Their modern office and shared facilities are based in Bracknell with free onsite parking and easy access to the town centre. To be considered for this role the key technical skills required include:

- PC’s, Servers, Network Switches, WIFI, CCTV, IP Phone systems, Access Control, Data Cabling & EPOS Terminals
- Candidates need to show experience with: Windows 10 / 7 / Mac OS / Active Directory / Office 365 / MS SQL Server / Desktops / Laptops / Servers / Networking / Draytek routers and TPLink / Netgear switches.

To be suitable you will be expected to demonstrate experience of networking such as IP addressing & VLAN’s.

There will also be a requirement to assist with the Support and Installation of various EPOS services and software for their sister company.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and be expected to report back to senior management with an accurate account of outstanding support issues. You will need to be customer focused and methodical. It is essential that you are a driver with your own vehicle. You will also need to be smartly presented and have good communication skills. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of their Bracknell office but must be happy to travel to client sites when required.

The role will be 5 days per week, however remote weekend support (on a rota basis) will also be a part of your job with additional pay when working weekends.
