IT Support Analyst

Were will you be working?

You will be working as part of their team based primarily in their client offices in London.

What will you be asked to do?

You will be accountable for the day to day key application support and administration for internal desktop/server infrastructure, POS and developing 1st line support skills for SAP ERP system.

You will proactively monitor all alerts setups internally and raise tickets as necessary, completing regular daily system and application checks. You will also be asked to provide not only IT desktop support but also mobile, telephony, LAN and WAN, escalate tickets internally and to 3rd party service providers.

Ensuring all IT processes and documentation are updated and current.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 7 and 10
- Experience of providing windows desktop support
- Meraki Wi-Fi and Access Point Management Apple Device Management
- Good trouble shooting and fault-finding skills
- Proven track record of maintaining and exceeding SLA levels in a service environment
