You will:
- Be their point of contact for clients with technical queries over the phone and ticketing system.
- Manage multiple tickets at any one time based on priority.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex technical issues.
- Occasionally attend client site (pool vehicles available)
- Resolve all client’s technical issues within agreed SLA's and effectively striving for a high first time fix rate.
- Keep clients informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Identify recurring incidents to the Team Lead / Service Manager
Skills and Experience;
- Have proven experience in an IT support role. MSP desirable but not essential.
- Highly presentable with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and resourceful.
- A good understanding of all Microsoft platforms in particular 8/8.1/10.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites & Microsoft Office 365.
- Technical understanding of networks: WAN/LAN - ----Connectivity, including routers, firewalls and security.
- Knowledge of Windows server administration: Active directory
- Working knowledge of antivirus software and spam filtering.
- Clean driving license
