Service Desk Manager - £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent Upon Experience)
Due to continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join an established and successful Bromsgrove based business. You will have responsibility for Helpdesk, Workshop, Out of Hours and Field Support functions.

- Maintaining and Working Within Defined SLA’s
- Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems (Historical and Current)
- Microsoft Core infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS, RDS)
- Microsoft Exchange and Office Suites to include Office 365
- Backup Technologies and Methodology
- Firewalls, Routing and Networking Technologies
Essential:
- A Minimum of 3 Years Successful Experience within a Similar role
The following would be highly desirable and would strengthen your application:
- Microsoft and Other Vendor Certification
- ITIL Certification and Working Experience of an ITIL Environment
- Working Knowledge of an ISO 9001/27001 Environment
