This is an opportunity to join a value-added IT Reseller based in the East Midlands, Leicestershire; specialising in the sales of IT Hardware/Software, Virtualisation, Engineering Services and Helpdesk Support.

With a basic salary commensurate with experience, along with totally uncapped commission and an excellent commission plan; the earnings potential is unlimited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and developing business to new, potential and existing customers through the sales of IT Hardware and Software, Engineering Services and Helpdesk Support Contracts. Training and support are provided through internal, external and online vendor-based training paths. This will lead to achieving manufacturer accredited certifications which are essential in the IT industry. Skills required and Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Able to enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
- Capable of high-volume cold calling, generating opportunities/cleansing databases
- Ability to generate own sales pipeline through cold calling, lead generation.
- Marketing the products and services of the company
- Experience of working within a business to business sales environment
- Good communication skills with a clear telephone manner,
- Ability to build a rapport and relationship with both new and existing clients over the phone.
- Be proactive to contribute generally to the sales support function
- Have an excellent confident telephone manner and have strong listening skills
- Self-motivation is essential, as is the ability to work under your own initiative.
