This is an opportunity to join a value‐added IT Reseller based in the East Midlands, specialising in the sales of IT Hardware/Software, Virtualisation, Engineering Services and Helpdesk Support (MSP).

Now in their 14th year of trading in Leicestershire; this company is looking for permanent staff to expand their sales force and the continued growth of the company. Should it be impractical to commute to their offices each day, the option of working from home is also available.

This presents an ideal opportunity and offers a fantastic earning potential and career growth. With a basic salary commensurate with experience, totally uncapped commission and an excellent commission plan; the earnings potential is unlimited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and developing business to new, potential and existing customers through the sales of their MSP & Support Business, IT Hardware, Software, Professional Services and Helpdesk Support Contracts. It will be your role to identify and generate new prospects, converting them into key accounts; also, to develop and manage key accounts to their full potential.

Skills required and Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Able to enjoy working within a target‐driven team environment
- Capable of cold calling, generating and working on opportunities
- Ability to generate own sales pipeline through cold calling and lead generation
- Marketing the products and services of the company
- Experience of working within a business-to-business sales environment
- A good understanding and knowledge of the IT industry is required
- Good communication skills with a clear telephone manner
- Ability to build a rapport and relationship with both new and existing clients over the phone
- Be proactive to contribute generally to the sales support function
- Have an excellent confident telephone manner and have strong listening skills
- Self‐motivation is essential, as is the ability to work under your own initiative

Rate of pay
- Basic plus commission, uncapped OTE, Excellent commission rates.

Flexible working hours are available as is the option of Home Working.

Length of Position and Location
This is a full-time position based in Coalville, Leicestershire, East Midlands.
