An exciting opportunity to progress your career in IT with this established and award-winning IT company.

Based in South-West Sheffield, this team is looking for someone to join them in the role of Helpdesk Engineer, providing remote IT support to clients.

The Helpdesk Engineer will be assigned technical requests to prioritise and deal with effectively. They will fix issues swiftly whilst causing minimal disruption to clients, working to targets and meeting service level agreements.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about IT, confident in communicating with clients, and passionate about delivering great customer service.

Permanent, full time position. Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £15,000-£18,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
