An exciting opportunity to join this IT company, based in South-West Sheffield.

Renowned for its customer service, this award-winning team is looking for a 2nd line IT engineer to join them in supporting clients remotely and on site. The successful applicant will be experienced in technical support, with great communication and customer service skills.

The role involves working with a wide variety of technologies, in particular Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, networking hardware & software, virtualisation, backups, antivirus, and Active Directory.

Permanent, full time position.
- Hours of work: Usually 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Requires: Car, full UK driving licence. A full DBS check may be conducted.
- Salary: £19,500-£23,000 dependent on experience.
