This company is an IT Reseller based in Coalville, Leicestershire. Specialising in Product Supply, Disaster Recovery, Engineering Installation and Helpdesk Support. They are currently looking for a permanent member of staff to expand the helpdesk and engineering services department.
Due to expansion there is a requirement for an enthusiastic team player to join the IT support team, working predominantly in the helpdesk and configuration support arena.
Working in a first line helpdesk support role, you will join a fast growing busy IT company that provide technical support services to SME’s throughout the UK. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and have the skills to identify and problem solve. A competent knowledge and understanding of IT is required, along with experience of Windows operating systems, servers and Office applications.
In addition to supporting their Helpdesk, you would also assist in the pre-configuration of customer’s hardware prior to delivery to site. Both in-house and manufacturer training courses and accreditations will be achieved, with goals set for continual development.

- Supporting customers via telephone and use of remote control support software.
