The company has grown substantially both in terms of customers, range of services and staff. From a home computer shop repairing and selling systems we have changed with the demands of their customers and now offer PC Support, Hosted Services, Field Services and much more. Their in-house workshop / shop is still growing and has an excellent local reputation with many thousands of satisfied customers.

The Role:
Part of a small team in their busy store / open plan workshop. Dealing face to face with walk in customers and on telephone. Discussing IT issues and best solutions, entering accurate notes into system, working on system to repair / resolve issues, updating customer and notes throughout, taking payment. They offer a huge range of services, virus removal, screen repairs, o/s repair / reload, data recovery and transfer, hardware and software issues, PC builds. Some Mac repairs, some phone and tablet repairs. They also have an eBay outlet and offer recycling services. Occasional on site work and occasional evening and weekend work will be necessary.
Required Skills:
- Capable of dealing with both business and residential customers, in person and by phone and email
- Sound PC diagnosis and repair skills
- Ability to work with systems and make and record accurate notes
- Good work ethic
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Min 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Additional Qualifications (preferred not required):
- A+, MS Certification, CCNA - or similar
Salary:
£17 to £24k depending on skillset and experience.
