This company provides personalised IT support and bespoke IT solutions for small and medium businesses in London.

They are looking for a skilled and passionate technology consultant, with great communication skills to join their small team of Apple Mac focused IT consultants.

About The Company:

They are a part of Apple Consultants Network, and most of their clients are Mac based. Different technologies are used across the board, so they are looking for someone with general, business oriented IT experience and knowledge.

They are based in City Road between Angel and Old Street, just in the heart of London’s tech hub!

The Role:
You will provide onsite and remote IT support to their business clients. The job will involve travelling around central London on regular basis, as well as working from their Angel office helping their clients remotely.

Working as a part of their easy-going team you will receive support from your colleagues. During busy periods you will need to feel comfortable making your own decisions, and finding solutions in pressing situations. Good client communication is the key.

You will also be involved in, and manage implementations of various projects, such as email migrations, office upgrades, IT audits.

They are a young company so the job is also an opportunity to participate in business development, and gain experience beyond IT support.

Requirements:
The following skills are essential, so please make sure you tick all the boxes:
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Analytical Thinking
- Ability to independently solve technical issues
- Genuine passion for Apple technology
- Experience with macOS operating system
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows desktop operating system
- Experience in supporting Windows Servers (Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy)
- General Networking Knowledge (Configuring and troubleshooting routers, network equipment)
- General knowledge of business cloud platforms (Office365, Google Apps, Azure, Amazon AWS)

Working Time:
Your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour for lunch). Any overtime will be paid additionally.

Some projects are implemented over weekends, so you will need to be flexible. Those are always planned in advance, and paid additional to your salary.
You will receive 28 days of holiday including bank holidays.
