This charity is an annual opera festival at 500-year-old West Horsley Place, on the edge of London in the Surrey Hills. Their home is a new five-tier opera house seating 750.

They are a charity, privately funded from generous supporters and Box Office income. The London Stock Exchange listed them in their "1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain".

Their sister charity has presented co-productions with prisons for 26 years and has taken 50,000 members of the public into prison. Additionally, their project gives singing classes to 2,000 KS2 schoolchildren in deprived areas.

They are looking for an IT Administrator to support the office in Alresford and (seasonally) the theatre in Surrey. This is a broad-ranging role, encompassing responsibilities with:

- Their IT network
- CRM database (Tessitura)
- Business systems (including Sage, Office 365 and Mitel)
- Website functionality

They are a small, friendly company and you'll make a huge impact in helping us achieve our goals. You'll be working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager and external IT support company. Full training will be provided if necessary.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
- Good attention to detail
- A great team player
- A desire to show initiative

Salary & Perks:

- £24,000 p/a
- They will consider requests for part-time / flexible working
- 20 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), and the office is closed between Christmas and New Year
- Car parking
- Discounts on their operas and dining options
- Small, friendly office

They are located in a beautiful converted barn on a farm in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, just 15 minutes from Winchester or 30 minutes from Basingstoke or Southampton. Public transport isn't feasible to their office, so you'll need to be able to drive to them. Their theatre is based in Guildford, and so there will be occasional visits there - mainly during June and July.

Thank you for your interest: they will aim to let you know whether you have been successful as promptly as they can.
