This company soon to relocate to Hale, Cheshrie, is seeking to recruit a sales administrator to oversee and procure the progression of investment property sales within their company.
In this role you'll be liaising with various parties to monitor all aspects of the sales progression which would include the responsibilities listed below. The successful applicant must be a committed team player and will report directly to the directors
Responsibilities
- Processing and inputting new sales data onto spreadsheets
- Monitoring and tracking sales progression
- Providing reliable data and reports to directors
- Liaising and managing correspondence and queries with all parties involved including the sales team, design team, legal team & construction team
- Keeping track of sales data
- Answering phone calls

- Good written and verbal English
