An Inventory Planner is required to join an exciting, creative company based in Ponteland, Newcastle, specialising in the design and manufacture of quality products. They are a watch and clock licensee for LEGO, Disney, Marvel and other major entertainment brands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of global inventory.
- Create and maintain retailer forecasts.
- Plan stock production and stock intake.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and the sales team.
- Ensure that all retailer delivery requirements are met.
- Arrange the shipment and timely delivery of goods.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Be experienced with data processing formulae in Microsoft Excel.
- Be able to quickly master unfamiliar systems.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by the Operations Director.
- Be able to communicate with people on all levels both internally and externally.
- Be flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude towards tasks.
- Be keen and willing to learn.
