Working in a fast paced busy office you will be responsible for booking, organising and managing international shipments for all types of customers:
In summary your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day liaising with customers, colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Managing international shipments from booking through to invoicing.
- Maintaining and updating Company in-house Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
The Successful Candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good communicator, customer focussed, a can do attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training
- The Ability to Multi task and work in fast paced office environment.
- Commercial Awareness
In return you will receive a starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience. Subject to completing objectives salary is reviewed each year.
Full training in the area of freight forwarding, customs processing, compliance and international trade
You will also undertake a 2-3 year international trade qualification which is sponsored by the Company
