The role

This is an exciting time at this company as their membership is growing, their influence is growing, civil engineers and technicians are in demand.

The International Administrator is central to the successful delivery of the international strategy by providing timely administrative support to colleagues and their representatives.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Provision of coordination and support in the management of the International function
- Provision of administrative support for the planning and delivering of overseas events
- Database management, data handling and analysis
- Provision of regular reports of progress against Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain and update information for website and produce simple promotional copy in conjunction with marketing colleagues.
- Booking travel for International colleagues
- Minute taking at a variety of International committees and sub committees and other meetings as required

What are they looking for?

You will be passionate about delivering first-class customer service and support. They are looking for outstanding candidates who may have experience of a similar position or have the energy, enthusiasm and initiative to succeed in this role. The candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, will be proactive, able to prioritise and work to deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills, experience of events administration, and organisation is essential whilst financial administration experience is also desirable.
