The role
This is an exciting time at this organisation, their membership is growing, their influence is growing, civil engineers and technicians are in demand. To meet this growing demand for support for their potential members, they are expanding their international service with two new exciting roles.

The International Administrators are central to the successful delivery of the organisations international strategy by providing timely administrative support to colleagues and organisation representatives.

Duties and responsibilities

- Provision of coordination and support in the management of the International function
- Provision of administrative support for the planning and delivering of overseas events
- Database management, data handling and analysis
- Provision of regular reports of progress against Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain and update information for website and produce simple promotional copy in conjunction with their marketing colleagues.
- Booking travel for International colleagues
- Minute taking at a variety of International committees and sub committees and other meetings as required

What are they looking for?

You will be passionate about delivering first-class customer service and support. They are looking for outstanding candidates who will have experience of a similar position and who possess excellent support skills. The candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, will be proactive, able to prioritise and work to deadlines. The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills, experience of events administration, and organisation is essential whilst financial administration experience is also desirable.
