This company supplies IT Software Solutions and Consultancy services across the UK. Mainly focusing on ManageEngine software they were proud to recently be named ManageEngine UK Technology Partner of the Year 2017-18.
They are now looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the team. You'll be a key member of an established, vibrant, dynamic, privately funded company that is growing year on year and are looking to expand their workforce.
This is a fantastic opportunity in IT Sales for a goal orientated individual with an appetite to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Following up by phone & qualifying leads from various sources such as, online requests, phone-ins, trade shows & general marketing activities
- Updating CRM with concise notes
- Close sales & achieve monthly KPI’s
- Booking appointments for field sales team for larger opportunities
- Booking product demonstrations
- Attending online meetings and potentially the occasional on-site meeting
- Preparing & managing quotations
- Learning and keeping up to date with product portfolio
- Calling existing customers to build relationships, discover new IT requirements & up-sell complementary products
- Recording & passing on support queries to technical team
- Account management
Skills and Experience:
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and an excellent telephone manner
- A good sense of humour
- Reliable and punctual
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and eagerness to drive your career
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- IT industry knowledge and sales experience would be desirable but not essential
- Previous experience using applications such as Word, Excel and familiarity using an Apple Mac operating system would be an advantage
