Internal Sales Executive – Full Time (37.5 Hours) – Based in Leeds – Circa £20k

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading cyber security managed services providers. As part of their rapid growth, this company is expanding its Internal Sales Team in Leeds.

Overview

The Internal Sales Executive role is primarily focused on lead generation, driving new business and supporting external Business Development Executives. Utilising telephone and email to engage with prospective clients, the role is responsible for executing Business Development Executives' strategies on new business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Meeting Bookings

Responsible for booking face to face meetings or telephone conversations with Business Development Executives, ensuring relevant information is logged on TSS and appropriate calendars. The ISE should also ensure prospects are adequately researched so the Business Development Executive is armed with enough information prior to the meeting.

- Strategy Support

Support external Business Development Executives’ plans for new business generation, liaising with the Internal Sales Manager and peers to organise time and activities to maximise new opportunities.

- Marketing Support

Responsible for converting marketing event leads and data into meetings with Business Development Executives through calls and email.

Key Skills/Requirements

No formal qualifications are required

- Confident telephone manner

- Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
- Understands the need for and shows adaptability
