This leading telecommunications company is searching for an Internal Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Nottingham city centre.
Working within this fast paced and progressive company, you will primarily be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience specifically over the phone, therefore an excellent telephone manner is key.
They need enthusiastic, hard-working people. Previous sales and call centre experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. Anyone with a naturally warm, empathetic and outgoing personality would be well suited to this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative tasks as requested by the Manager in line with the company business procedures
- Prepare and submit quotations in line with customer deadline
- Develop & maintain relationships with customers with an understanding of their lifestyle
- Proactive management of workload to ensure maximum conversion
- Support and contribute to campaign Key Performance Indicators
- Enter customer information accurately into CRM systems
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to and from consumers
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding Microsoft office programmes
- Logical thinker and problem solver
- Target driven and have a desire to succeed
- Ability to relate to various types of people
Benefits:
- OTE of £18,000 to £35,000
