Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for their company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships with a broad range of clients within the SME sector employing less than 300

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sale role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs word, excel, CRM Software
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skill
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation

Job role & Key responsibilities

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Demonstrate an understanding of the customers' requirements and present appropriate solutions
- Maintain a clear understanding of the market and region while effectively adapting to changing dynamics
- Maintain competitor awareness
- Develop knowledge of product offering
- Meet/exceed all set KPI’s
- Achieve/exceed all set sales targets
