The role sits at the heart of our relationship with our customers – current and prospective. The standards of work required are in line with the same high level we set ourselves with our products, delivery, and service. The work is varied within a busy and expanding department.
The overall purpose of this office and telephone based team role is both proactive Sales to our diverse customer base, and to then efficiently handle the internal processes and administration of Sales right through from initial enquiry to Order placement, Invoicing and Delivery, ensuring full customer satisfaction at each stage.

- An ethical approach to Sales - you put a customer's needs at the centre of everything you do.
- You are proactive in Sales generation, outgoing and able to remain upbeat and motivated throughout the typically busy working day (office hours Monday to Friday.)
- Previous work experience in a busy Internal Sales team? The more the better ideally, (and any experience of the manufacturing sector would be a plus) but we do Recruit for attitude and aptitude. If you have less workplace experience to offer, then please, show us why we should meet you in the telephone interview question responses you give when we send them after you apply.
- Of course, to give our customers the service they deserve, you will need to have good numeracy skills, together with accuracy and an eye for detail when generating quotes and inputting information. A good level of written and spoken English is essential.
