This company, who specialises in packaging, strapping and assembly tools are now recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator/Telesales Executive to support their ambitious growth plans for 2020 and beyond.
They have 4 branches across the UK and this role will be based from Worcester, which has been trading for 40 years. They have a great reputation and they are looking to build on this success.

You will support their Business Development Managers and their customers to find out what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. This is a fantastic customer service/sales support role, and you will have a flair for delivering great service.
- Telephone and email support for clients contacting the company
- Make outbound calls to prospects and customers, looking at options to sell and up-sell.
- Process sales order
- Input orders and purchase orders into system
- Collate enquiry details from clients, ensuring all information required to complete the quote is secured
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate external sales representative for further development and closure
- Support Branch Manager with various administration tasks
Salary is £20,000 to £24,000, subject to experience. In addition, they offer a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement and the opportunity to work in a fast growing business.
