Attracting and retaining talent is critical to the ongoing success and growth of this organisation. They are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and organised recruitment professional to take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the hiring and candidate management process.

As the main point of contact for all resourcing, you will be representing the company with integrity and professionalism at all times. You will use your expertise to build and leverage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, suppliers and their existing network of associates to successfully fill outstanding vacancies.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through databases, headhunting, referrals and advertising
- Assist with creation of job adverts and job descriptions/person specifications
- Manage candidate applications in a timely and proactive manner, including management of their in-house applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews
- Assist with screening and interviewing candidates
- Build effective relationships with third party service providers and clients
- Help develop the company employer brand and take proactive steps to engage with talent pools for future opportunities - includes use of social media, attending/organising recruitment and industry events
- Develop recruitment strategy to identify opportunities for improvement and support initiatives in line with the organisation’s core values, e.g. diversity and inclusion.
- Manage offers and provide administrative support to the wider Operations team as required to manage and maintain effective onboarding processes
- Work with the Operations team to ensure that they build an enjoyable, collaborative and rewarding company culture that enables all employees to be successful.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Previous recruitment experience, ideally a minimum of 2 years in-house for a commercial organisation. Experience recruiting in the IT / Technology market would also be highly beneficial.
- Direct sourcing experience through a variety of channels
- Ability to work creatively and proactively to tap into the passive candidate market.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A proactive approach and highly customer centric
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Able to deliver under pressure and well organised with a strong eye for detail
- Resilient and persistent and able to work with significant autonomy
- Ability to multitask, adapt, organise and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player
- Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent)
