This is an opportunity to join an award-winning internal communication agency headquartered in York, with a fast-growing London hub. They work in the UK, Europe and globally. They are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Consultant to join their enthusiastic, fast-growing team in London.

They are looking for someone who’s passionate about the impact of internal communications (IC) with a good understanding of the world of IC. You’re a self-starter and carry an unshakeable can-do attitude; great at working on multiple projects from brief to completion while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by being totally “on it”

Initially, you’ll be coming in to deliver campaigns and projects for one of their most prestigious accounts. Working directly with the Account Director, this role will give you exposure and the chance to develop to lead your own accounts in the future

Desired skills
- Experience in internal communications; ideally 3+ years working in-house or in a similar agency environment. Agency experience preferred, though not essential.
- A proven interest in creative communication, culture and people engagement
- Ability to bring fresh and smart ideas to every project
- A focus on delivery– on time, on budget, and excellence every time
- Passion to learn, and a desire to drive your career forward.

Salary £35K - £40K
