This is an opportunity to join one of the largest stocking distributors of Electronic Components in the world. They have 16 locations and over 400 staff world-wide.

They are looking for sales people to increase their stance within Europe, based out of the European HeadQuarters in Shirley, Solihull.

About the role:

The role combines both account management and sales skills to win new business whilst continuing to develop and maintain relationships through your existing assigned client base. You will have excellent communication with your allocated customers to achieve and deliver your monthly sales target call schedules.

You will:

- Be target driven to meet both the company's agreed revenue and gross profit expectations
- Build effective relationships with multiple customer contacts at all levels
- Identify key business opportunities utilising the sales tools provided
- Analyse customer spending trends ensuring maximum product sales
- Monitor the overall sales performance of the account base assigned and take corrective actions to meet the agreed sales budget requirements
- Develop effective contact plans for individual or groups of accounts
- Develop the customers confidence and reliance to ordering
- Prepare Quotations and Generate Purchase Orders through our internal ERP system

To succeed in this challenging role you will:

- Be commercially aware
- Be self-motivated
- Have good time management skills
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ideally you will have worked within a sales/target driven environment, with a proven track record in delivering results.

Salary comes with a competitive commission structure, with no limits! Salary is negotiable and OTE are as high as you want to get them!

A good knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, IE is essential.
