This company was founded in 2003 with the aim of developing a dedicated fast track prototype, NPI and small volume PCB assembly facility. Today, the company has developed into one of the leading manufacturing operations in the area, specialising in high technology and high-speed turnarounds, and undertakes work with many of the leading Blue Chip organisations across the UK.
They are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team.

About the role:

Typical work activities will include:
- The first point of contact for all phone enquiries and managing day to day sales enquiries and requests by phone and email
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and other internal departments to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Organising and managing the paperwork

About you:
- Ideally a quick thinker & pragmatic, you must be able to prioritise conflicting demands and stay on top of an ever-changing workload, using excellent organisational skills.
- A confident individual who is able to quickly build rapport with their customers, and deliver a prompt and efficient resolution of their enquiries
- Taking inbound and outbound calls, as well as communicating by email
- Able to demonstrate experience of working in a team environment, to the highest standards and to deadlines
- A strong, positive communicator
- A keen eye for detail & who takes the utmost pride in their work
- A positive attitude and a passion for great customer experience
- Proactive, flexible and reliable, with a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding or desire to learn
- Competent user of MS Office
