An exciting new position has just been created in this five generation business supplying catering and janitorial supplies at their Redditch, West Midlands branch.

This new role as an Internal Account Manager is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join this established company to progress a sales career.
Maybe you have already been working in a telesales role and wish to move over to account management, or perhaps have been a sales executive on the road but would now prefer to be office based?

The appointee will manage a portfolio of customers and will be responsible for developing the existing business relationship, introducing them to the full range of products and services, as well as ensuring they are the first point of contact for their customer to meet their needs and requirements.
The position is based in Redditch and will be supported by the National Accounts team, internal customer services and the breadth of the operations team to ensure your customers are given the best customer experience possible. On a day to day basis you will manage your portfolio of customers, ensuring that they are communicated with and assisting them with their buying decisions. Developing a rapport and relationship to grow and maintain the business, you will work closely with your customers to ensure their needs are determined and met to the highest levels.
