Interior Designer/Project Manager
Central London, London
Immediate Start
£22,000-25,000 per annum plus Bonus
Permanent, Full Time

This high-end property company, based in prime central London, specialises in property management and construction.

Job Role:
- To develop detailed accurate work designs, ideas and plans through the use of Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) software.
- To acquire key information on current and upcoming projects and discuss the details with the client.
- To understand the need and requirements of the client and design concepts in consultation to required standard.
- To research, source and provide samples of target products to clients.
- To supervise / project manage work at both design and site level and assist with any queries.
- To prepare presentation materials and brochures for client and advertising purposes.
- To work in association with the quantity surveyors with project schedules and ensure utilisation of cost and space.
- Work closely in a team to assist office administration work.

Skills required:
- Creative with good all round awareness of design, colour and 3D.
- To be able to visualise designs and explain to clients.
- Good drawing skills and use of Excel, PowerPoint and CAD software.
- Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent use of time management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2.1 or higher.
- 3 years minimum professional industry experience.
- Knowledge of CAD is essential.
