About you
You will have a can-do attitude. You will be well organised and be able to prioritise a demanding workload. You will be a team player, able to communicate at all levels and be IT literate. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-year admin experience and CCTV knowledge. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Maintain Calendar
- Install/Recon/Decom Paperwork
- PI/QSV
- Ensure Key Terms are upheld
- Weekly deployment reports
- Charge coding & dynamic costing

Key Duties –
- Checking paperwork for installs & recons matches calendar prior to install
- Pre-Install Calls- Ensure all sites are ready for engineers attending
- Police Liaison Letters- Following Install
- Manage Post Install/QSV paperwork/Spreadsheet - ensure remedial actions are addressed.
- Chasing quotes (generators/bespoke requirements etc)
- Clik entries
- Intrusion tests
- Logistic spreadsheet
- Ensure all deployed equipment is accounted for after decommissioning
- EOC
- Client feedback calls
- Agenda preparation
- Click Software
- Support caught/missed incidents/Footage Downloads (when assistance is required)
- Admin E-mails
- Charge coding & dynamic costing
- Raise contra charge to reflect.
