A leading broadcast equipment supplier are currently looking to expand their growing sales team by recruiting the best talent. The company has grown from strength to strength each year with a strong online presence, sales and marketing team with further growth expected year on year.

Are you interested in sales but do not like cold calling? Would you excel in a role selling ESSENTIAL broadcast and media products to a client base or closing inbound enquiries?

The main purpose of the role will be working in a target driven sales environment taking inbound calls and offering solutions to businesses worldwide.

NO COLD CALLING! Your sales will come via leads generated from our marketing team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in an upbeat, fast paced and lively environment. Someone who thrives on selling solutions to businesses and enjoys earning excellent commission. Working Monday to Friday you will maintain a good work / life balance. The routes for progression in this company are a plenty – many of the top sales performers started in this very role, progressed their way up and are now high earners in the broadcast industry.

An attractive commission based sales package is also included as well as a basic salary.

Inbound Sales Advisor - Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and email leads, speaking to businesses worldwide
- Maximising all sales opportunities and turning enquiries into sales
- Providing business owners with product information, objection handling and closing a sale
- Some outbound calls to follow up leads that have been received online
- Working towards individual and team targets and KPI targets

Inbound Sales Executive Applicants:
- Applicants should have a passion for sales and enjoy converting enquiries into sales.
- Working in a lively and positive environment the successful post holder will be enthusiastic and energetic with a desire to succeed.
- Previous sales experience is required although product training and sales technique training will be given.
- Would suit someone from retail environments such as PC, mobile phone or call centres

Salary for the role is £15,000 - £20,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE for entry level is £30,000 although top performers can earn in-excess of £60,000.
