This company is looking for an ambitious inbound marketing executive to join their marketing team. You’ll be responsible for maximising inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales opportunities, creating content and using social media to drive leads into the funnel.

About the company:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning digital technology provider. They provide digital solutions and hardware, including:
- Software: Survey System, Digital Signage, Visitor Management, Interactive Exhibition
- Hardware: Video Walls, Kiosks, Advertising Displays, Touch Tables

They serve a range of sectors across the UK and globally including museum and heritage, education and retail. They have worked with leading organisations including UK Houses of Parliament, Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums and Hampshire County Council.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing your responsibilities include:
- Engage with inbound prospects via phone, email and live chat
- Qualify inbound leads, nurture and convert to sales opportunities
- Manage social media channels and drive inbound leads from social media
- Content marketing (blog calendar, press releases, guides etc)
- Creation of product materials such as spec sheets, flyers and user guides
- Event marketing and attending exhibitions
- Assist the marketing team with other duties and projects as required

Skills and experience:

Must-haves:
- A-levels or Higher Education Degree/Diploma
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of inbound marketing and digital channels (content, social media, email, SEO, landing pages)
- IT savvy – Microsoft Office suite and experience using tools including CMS, CRM, Project Management and Automation

Nice to haves:
- Experience in a marketing or sales position, preferably in B2B marketing
- Proven success in converting inbound enquiries and BANT qualification
- Knowledge of Adobe software suite: Photoshop, InDesign etc
- Photography/ videography skills

- Ambitious self-starter
- Enjoys working towards both collective and individual targets
- Confident at communicating with prospects via phone and email
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & work autonomously

Hours of work:
