Due to its successful growth, this company, leaders in the field of microplate reading technology, are seeking a Full Time In House Service Engineer based at their UK headquarters in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
The role involves:
- Completion of workshop repairs, upgrades and QC checks to meet existing customer service level agreements
- Software/firmware upgrades
- Maintain calibration records of service equipment
- Stock control of service parts
- P.A.T testing
- Warehouse organisation including the receipt and dispatch of goods
- Support the IT requirements of the business including PC, network and ancillary support
- Flexibility to support Field Service Engineers throughout the UK if required
The successful applicant would require a minimum GCSE grades A-C in Maths, English and a Science plus experience in electronic and mechanical repairs.
They will be self-motivated, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to go the extra mile for both colleagues and customers.
Full service training on their product range will be provided and there are excellent opportunities of career development and further training. For exceptional candidates additional remuneration may be considered.
