This company is looking to recruit an Implementation Consultant. The position of the Implementation Consultant is a client facing role where you will be managing the post-sale implementation of the companies software. One day should never be the same in this role, you could be training clients on the use of their shiny new software on Monday, the next day you will be working closely with their Product team on new products before ending the week on a conference call with your clients.

This is just a small part of what you will do to build a positive lasting relationship with their clients. Ensuring clients have a world class customer experience is at the heart of everything they do at this company. The Implementation Consultants ensure that the onboarding experience is first class and get their clients off to a great start with their relationship with the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring all tasks and key milestones are delivered on client projects
- Lite touch project management to support the client on-boarding process
- Configure and test clients software as part of the on-boarding process
- As the expert have the ability to recommend best practice configuration and rollout plans to the client
- Training of new clients and technical guidance on our payments & cash management platform
- Managing client expectations in line with their business requirements
- Building rapport with clients to develop long term relationships
- Attend onsite clients meetings when required
- Be a client advocate for the product enhancement process
- Ability to handle multi-project workloads efficiently
Ensuring the client is ready to fully adopt the software in life

Your Profile:
- At least 1 year in a client facing role, preferably software implementation however finance/financial services experience would be a benefit
- Strong key stakeholder management
- Strong internal and external relationship development
- PM qualifications (Prince2, Agile, A/PMP) as an advantage
- Project Management experience as a benefit
- Experience with Payments & Payment XML standards as an advantage

You're a natural self-starter with heaps of drive. Once you're aware of your objectives, you're able to achieve results without micro management. Thinking creatively to problem solve and being an excellent communicator are well within your skillset.

There will be times that the pressure is on, however you are well equipped to adapt to the changing priorities of the day and enjoy working in a team that thrives in a fast paced environment.
