As a member of their implementations team, you will be working with their global client portfolio to ensure professional and effective implementation of their systems.
Desired Skills:
- Have a technical background in an environmental discipline, ideally gained in the Natural Resources, Waste Management or Industrial sectors
- Experience with MonitorPro or similar Environmental Database Management Systems
- Have solid general IT skills (Microsoft Office etc as a minimum)
- Be able to work under own initiative
- Be articulate and able to represent the business in a client facing role
- Have a full driving licence and passport
- Having a second language especially Spanish would be a significant advantage
Role and Responsibilities:
- Role includes periods of international travel which can be for extended periods (4-6 weeks)
- Implementation scoping exercises
- Database builds
- Database legacy population
- On site training and implementation
- Key Account Management and Support
- Tender responses
- Proposal writing
- General business development
