Your enthusiasm will support their customers in the successful onboarding of their software, identify any additional training requirements and coordinate all implementation consultants to deliver best practices.

If you have experience of coordinating and scheduling resources and you are interested in expanding your expertise, they would like to get to know you and discuss how you would fit in their implementation team.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the delivery of implementation objectives, interacting with customers and members of staff: assigning and monitoring tasks, creating online sessions and dealing with the relevant correspondence;
- Translate a customer’s scope and requirements into tasks, then schedule and assign them for action for additional and complimentary training;
- Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of implementations;
- Work with resource management on the planning, availability and allocation of resources according to implementations pipeline;
- Report on any possible or current obstacles and risks to determine the effect of changes to schedules and recommend possible solutions;
- Assist, monitor & record the progress/success of implementations and any training activities by ensuring all documentation is completed and signed by the customer in a timely manner;
- Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules;
- Identify and escalate any issues to the implementation and engagement managers when required;
- Perform quality assurance, reviewing and amending reports' discrepancies.

Requirements
You have excellent and solid skills in:

- analytical and problem solving
- task scheduling and resource assignment
- organisational and multitasking skills including attention to detail
written and verbal communication

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar scheduling role and have a solid understanding of software adoption processes and what impact the planning has on the outcome of the implementations. You have great business acumen. Experience in the trades industries will be advantageous. You have the ability to work with both remote and office-based teams and you perform well under pressure.

It's important to note that experience in the above areas would be preferred, it will be secondary to finding the person with the right determination, attitude and overall suitability.
