An independent, reputable Language School is looking for IELTS Exams Administrator – Supervisor to supervise and ensure the smooth running of tasks assigned to the Evening Administration team and coordinate administration processes and procedures, ensuring IELTS Test Partners stringent security protocols and regulatory standards are adhered to at all times.
You will be working collaboratively and closely with members of other departments, liaise with invigilators, examiners and clerical marking staff to assist the Exams Centre with its day to day activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, of supervising staff as well as some previous experience of working within an exams environment.

- A commitment to acting in the best interests of the staff, candidates and test centre at all times
- Demonstrable ability to use different IT packages confidently and competently
Hours of work: 4pm-9pm
Monday to Thursday, 25 hours per week
Salary: £19,500 pro rata p/a
