ICT Applications Support Officer - Permanent Full Time

Salary: £23,683 - £26,742 (Grade 5)

This council are looking for an excellent candidate to join their successful and long standing Shared ICT Service as an Applications Support Officer.

Working within the ICT team the successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support to users and working with the wider team to fulfil projects.

To be successful you will have experience of using Microsoft Office products, specifically Access and some experience of ESRI GIS, IDOX Uniform and Capita Products; though training will be provided where necessary.

An understanding of the National Land and Property Gazetteer standards would also be beneficial.

You will have a proactive attitude with a commitment to providing a high quality service. You will need to be highly customer-focused with the ability to assimilate new skills and knowledge quickly.

This role is primarily based at their Thrapston offices, but there will be a requirement to commute to the Wellingborough offices as part of the role.
