There are exciting times ahead at this charitable trust as they work towards building their organisational structure with the setting up of a new independently governed company limited by guarantee.

The Human Resources Department is a key function providing services to deliver not only this change management project, but to ensure the continuing provision of a high class service to their staff throughout this transition period. If you would like to be part of a small but highly professional team, supporting their internal and external stakeholders they would love to hear from you.

You will require a level three qualification in either in Human Resources or a relevant field or you will be able to demonstrate significant experience in a similar role. They require a flexible approach, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality and someone who has excellent time management and organisational skills. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a good level of competency in the use of IT such as email and MS Office.

Working closely with the Head of Human Resources and the Human Resources and Compliance Officer, this post is offered on an interim basis for nine months to support us in the delivery of their change management programme.

Contractual Details
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a one hour lunch break
Contract: Fixed term contract for nine months
