This company is a fast-growing travel technology business based in Central London looking for an experienced HR professional to join their growing team.

As HR Manager, you will provide strategic HR leadership and consultation globally with a focus on driving success, developing people-centric programs, policies and initiatives, and champion company culture and values. Part of a small but talented People team, you will be in a unique position to influence change and make an impact from day one.
Alongside managing day to day HR operations, you will also lead a variety of ad hoc projects such as compliance audits, new office set up and benefits reviews.

What they are looking for:

* At least 5yrs experience in an HR generalist role. Ideally gained in a fast-paced, growing startup, technology or SaaS business.
* CIPD qualified, or equivalent.
* The willingness and ability to perform both strategic and tactical HR tasks
* Knowledge of international employment law would be a key advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively deliver important decisions across the organisation
* Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges
* Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and HR operations simultaneously
