This leading Northern based Law Firm is seeking a Part-time HR Manager to take responsibility for HR and Recruitment matters within the business. This is a hands on HR management role reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The role involves all aspects of HR, including providing consistent advice and guidance to management and employees on a range of employment issues and HR queries, advising managers on HR policies and procedures and ensuring these are being implemented across the business and developing Line Manager’s to enable them to manage day-to-day HR issues appropriately and in line with Company policy and procedures.

The role will also involve taking responsibility for the full recruitment cycle and monitoring and reporting on HR data and following up with action as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing HR policy and procedures to ensure they are up to date with the latest employment laws and business practices, as well as identifying training and development opportunities for employees.

The role will primarily be based at their Head Office in Middlesbrough but will also require travel to our other offices in the region.

The basic salary range is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Pro-rated, dependent upon experience.
