The successful candidate will manage an HR team based in West Sussex and Norway who manage rotational crew changes and all other HR functions.
Must be a seasoned HR practitioner who has the experience of working with a diverse an remote population, can demonstrate previous history of successful team management by getting results in a respectful, non confrontational way. Will have the gravitas to support senior management in their desire to ever improve on our dynamic and successful journey.

Located in Crawley, close to Gatwick Airport with parking available. Regular travel to Norway and global destinations from time to time.
