This company is one of the world’s-leading players providing cutting edge solutions within a highly specialized area of technology.

They are looking for an experienced standalone HR Manager for their EMEA HQ to support its Sales, Technology & other functional teams. You will support senior business leaders helping them make decisions with a people focus. The HR Manager's key objective is to provide comprehensive HR services to staff across the UK & EU offices.

Recommending improvements, new ways of working & strengthening managers' capabilities will come natural to you, particularly within the technology space.

No two days will be the same - you will be rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day people needs. You will be adept at building strong relationships at all levels including at a Senior Leadership level, as well as identifying issues, solving problems & coaching. You will be able to switch from strategic HR to day to day HR operations/HR admin with ease. You will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle whilst observing & assisting on Corporate Global HR initiatives & interfacing with Global HR Teams.

The business is going through rapid change & requires a candidate who has demonstrated continuous improvement optimized for maximum impact in a changing Global business. You will support & partner the business on multiple projects, initiating ways to maintain, promote & integrate the Company’s unique culture whilst driving performance & mitigating disputes to prevent escalation.

This role requires the successful candidate to perform day to day office management duties as well as event planning for the UK office.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically orientated & build relationships with ease. You will have a natural passion for helping people reach their potential & previously worked in cross culture environments.

A key component of this role is the ability to translate UK employment law into an easy to understand format for Leaders not familiar with local employment law & provide sound legal advice to ensure legal compliance. Therefore, experience of HR within UK & the rest of EMEA (particularly France) is essential whilst an understanding/prior experience of working autonomously with an Asian Headquartered business is helpful.

Excellent communication & written skills is a requirement for this role. Candidates should speak Mandarin, hold CIPD Membership & have a relevant BS/BA University equivalent education. Prior experience in sales, internet & software industry’s is desirable.Relevant working knowledge of HRIS systems such as Cascade is beneficial.
