They are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will not only drive HR forward and deliver a first class service but lead a team of four.
Working in a true generalist role, you will support all HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, people management, succession planning, employee wellbeing, resourcing and continuous HR projects.
You will need to build strong working relationships with Key stakeholders.
You will be providing up to the minute expert advice on HR matters.
To be sucessful in your application, you will have previous experience in a similar role.
Ideally you will have experience with Tupe, be CIPD level 7 qualified and previous experience of managing a team.
This position will require travel between sites.
