This international B2B magazine and online publishing company is currently looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to join the administration team in their Victoria, London office.

The role would suit someone who has either a year administration experience and would like to transition into Human Resources or a school/college leaver who has an interest in Human Resources. Full training will be provided.

You must have GCSE's, A-C grade in english and maths, at least or A levels. An A Level in Media is a plus due to the nature of the business.

They are looking for someone who is discreet and professional, as you will have access to employees personal data and private information about the business. You must be an outstanding communicator and able to multitask, enjoying working in an environment where no two days are the same. Having a love for administration is essential as the role is purely operational.

The successful candidate will have involvement in supporting the administration department where required while also working closely with the Global HR Manager to ensure all operational support is carried out to a high standard. You will get involved in the administration for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit. There will also be the chance to be involved in project work and you will be required to cover reception duties where the receptionist is absent from work (this does involve an 8:45am start time on these days).

The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9:30-5:30, although part-time working could be considered for the right candidate offered at a pro-rata rate.
