The organisation has an exciting opportunity for a talented proactive HR Advisor to join the HR team. Due to the organisations global footprint you will gain exposure to international HR thus offering opportunities for growth and professional development.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the HR Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR Services.

In summary, the HR Advisor will -

- Give appropriate HR advice (employment law related and/or using Policies/Procedures) to Employees and Managers. Support policies and procedures via administration and attending/conduct meetings/interviews when required.
- Development and/or review of HR policies and procedures and make adjustments in line with legal and business requirements when tasked by Group HR Director
- Facilitate, administrate and development of training including onboarding and induction.
- Development of HR specific questionnaires and running of monthly HR reports and statistics
- Coordinate and be responsible for drafting internal communications both planned and ad hoc to be approved by the HR Director.
- HR Administration and supporting the wider HR Team
- Support the HR Director in the delivery of the organisations Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.
- Make recommendations for improvements in processes and practices

The Successful candidate will be:

- CIPD Qualified - Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice or above
- Experience of working as a HR Advisor or similar role
- Experience of writing and developing policies and procedures
- Experience of developing and facilitating training
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be personable, confident, approachable with strong communication skills.
- It is desirable that the candidate have experience of International HR
