This company is one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-quality static storage solutions, state of the art intra logistics and automated material handling systems. The technology includes robotics and complex software solutions. They have a strong order book following major wins this year and they are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to work within the HR Department in Andover.
You will join a small team to deliver a first-class HR Administration service to the whole business which is spread across two offices and currently nine sites. The role encompasses:
- Ensure that Human Resources administration is efficiently dealt with including; new starter packs; referencing; annual appraisals; maintaining HR database with holiday, sickness, employee updates and training administration.
- Prepare monthly metrics to create a management dashboard of HR data.
- Ensure that all payroll changes are authorised and forwarded for processing by monthly deadlines so that payroll information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide support to Recruitment Officer and line managers for recruitment and L&D Consultant for L&D activities.
- To provide support for employees and managers and deal with enquiries utilising Company HR policies. To provide a very confidential and sensitive support service.
To be successful we will look for previous HR experience or PA experience and a professional, robust, articulate individual who is self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative especially under pressure. A Business or HR related level 3 qualification is desired.
